I am Maraina, a therapist who works with teens (13+) and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationships, life transitions, and the many challenges that come with being human. I believe you don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Sometimes you need a space to be heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and help you better understand yourself, build self-compassion, and create meaningful change.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to offer a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and able to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
I take a warm, compassionate, and curiosity-driven approach, blending different therapeutic techniques to meet your unique needs. Sometimes therapy looks like processing what’s been weighing on you, sometimes it looks like building new skills, and sometimes it’s simply having a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.
I work with teens (13+) and adults, navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and many moments when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.
I especially enjoy working with clients who are looking for a space to slow down, better understand themselves, and feel supported as they navigate change, growth, and challenges of everyday life
You’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
We might work well together if you’re someone who wants to understand yourself better, explore your patterns, process your experiences, and build a stronger connection with yourself and others.
You’re ready for a space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself.
