YES! I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, ConnectiCare, Husky Health, Medicaid, Optum, UnitedHealthCare UHC/UBH.

I require at minimum 24 hours' advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay the late cancelation/no show fee of $75.

Yes, I offer virtual therapy sessions. You must be a Connecticut state resident to receive therapy services from me. 

I use a HIPAA-compliant platform (TherapyNotes), which is easily accessible from a computer, phone, or tablet. 

No. Therapy licenses are strictly tied to state laws. Therapy must take place where you are physically located during our session. To ensure you are still supported, we can focus on your transition and help you find new resources or campus counseling centers at your college. We can also resume the sessions while you are home on winter/summer breaks. 

I am a licensed professional counselor associate in Connecticut, which means I’ve completed my graduate training and am gaining supervised experience towards full licensure. I work under a licensed supervisor to ensure you receive high-quality, ethical care.

I currently provide psychotherapy through Healthru Therapy in Granby, Connecticut. When you reach out through my website, you'll communicate directly with me regarding scheduling, questions, and the intake process.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), I practice under the clinical supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), which is a standard part of licensure in Connecticut. Clinical supervision supports ongoing professional growth and helps ensure that clients receive ethical, high-quality care.

Healthru Therapy manages the administrative aspects of the practice, including insurance billing and practice operations, while I provide your therapy services.
