Anxiety can show up in many ways: constant worry, overthinking, feeling stuck, difficulty relaxing, perfectionism, or feeling like your mind never slows down.
In therapy will explore what may be contributing to your anxiety, understand your patterns, and building tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself
ADHD is more than focus. It can impact organization, motivation, emotions, relationships, self-esteem, and the feeling of constantly trying to keep up.
Together will explore how ADHD affects your daily life while building strategies that work with your brain rather than against it. Will also work on self-compassion and letting go of shame around the ways you experience the world.
Relationships can bring both connection and challenges. Therapy can help you explore communication boundaries, attachment patterns, conflict, and the ways past experiences may influence your relationships today.
Will work towards helping you better understand your needs, express yourself more confidently, and build healthier connections with yourself and others.
Life transitions, whether expected or unexpected, can bring uncertainty, stress, and a lot of emotions. You may be navigating changes in relationships, school, career identity, or simply trying to figure out what comes next.
Therapy can provide a space to slow down, process what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your experiences at your own pace.
Our relationships and experiences shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others. We'll explore patterns, needs, and experiences that may be influencing your relationships today.
A trauma-informed approach means understanding that your experiences have shaped you. We'll approach your story with compassion and curiosity while focusing on safety, empowerment, and healing.
We may use practical tools from CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you understand your thoughts, regulate emotions, build coping skills, and make choices that align with your values.
Session with me are collaborative, flexible, and centered around what you need that day.
We'll usually begin with a brief check-in to see how you’ve been doing and what feels most important to focus on during our time together. Sometimes we’ll set an intention for the session, and other times we'll continue exploring something we’ve already been working through.
Therapy doesn’t have to look a certain way. You’re welcome to get comfortable, take your shoes off, grab a blanket, bring your favorite drink, color/draw, or use a fidget if that helps you feel more at ease. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, not a place where you have to perform or have everything figured out.
Together we’ll find what feels most helpful for you.
